This year, I want Fit Triangle Mom to be your resource and community of Encouragement. I understand your time is limited and there are millions of blogs and media sources to choose from, but my hope is that you will come here. Let your hair down and be honest with yourself. I’m excited about a New Year. It’s like a clean slate to start things fresh. I need to get back into my fitness routine and eating healthy. The holidays were fun and festive, but I ate too many sweets. Lately, I’ve been feeling bored with my workouts, so I will be sharing new ways to spice up your exercises. Eating healthy has always been a struggle of mine since I’m not much of a cook, but this year I’m striving to change that. Maybe take some cooking classes and finding easy healthy recipes to share with you.
