Enjoy indoor and outdoor seating plus a wide variety of food options. It’s a great place to go when the family can’t decide what’s for dinner. The biggest challenge I hear about fitness is consistency. People ask me all the time, “how do you stay motivated?” It’s actually two-fold for me. I’m addicted to fitness. It’s like a drug that makes me feel good, but the biggest motivation for me is Accountability. That’s why I joined the Beachbody program. It combines guidance to maintaining a healthy lifestyle through meal plans, shakes (Shakeology), and fitness programs!
