Annelore and Norbert adhere to 3 pillars for running their bakery– top quality, authenticity, and uniqueness. Top quality ingredients are always used for example there is no use of shortening only butter is used. Authenticity is found in the age-old ingredients that are used in the bakeries in Germany and in Annelore’s bakery. You won’t be able to tell the difference when you taste Annelore’s authentic baked goods. You can’t find Annelore’s in your local grocery because bread and pastries are made fresh daily in the Cary and Raleigh Farmer’s Market location. Kitchen staff take the time to manually roll-out the dough and cut the cookies. The bakery itself is a unique destination which is must visit for all.
