Not A Large Pill to Swallow…Making Health Easier

No Large Pills to Swallow

No more swallowing Large Pills Gummy Vitamins customized to your Health Needs.

“That’s a large pill to swallow.” No matter what you think this expression means, swallowing horse-sized vitamins doesn’t have to be one of them. I used to sit at the breakfast table with my grandparents and watch them open what looked like a dozen bottles and rattle out huge pills on the table. I would ask my Grandpa why he was taking all those pills. He tried to explain that the pills were vitamins, and they were keeping him healthy, so he could play with me. I liked the idea of taking vitamins to be healthy, but swallowing large pills was out of the question.

Even as an adult, I’ve had trouble swallowing large pills. If my doctor prescribed anything other than a Z Pack, I ask for the liquid version. Drug companies are finally catching on that many us have difficulty swallowing large pills, and have introduced the gummy vitamin for adults. There seems to be an abundance of the daily gummy vitamins on the shelf, but what if you want something more specific like vitamins for beauty, immunity, sleep or heart health. So   you can imagine how excited I was when I was contacted by VitaFive, a company that sends customized gummy vitamins to your door.

Last week, I ordered my first VitaFive box, and I was pleasantly surprised that the process was super easy. No large pills to swallow here. First, I had to choose my vitamin customized vitamin pack. VitaFive offers Immune, Sleep, Beauty, Heart, Essential, and Brain packs. You also have the choice to build a customized pack plus they have children packs- healthy bones, essential and immune. I chose the Active pack based on my running and fitness lifestyle. The active packet contains 1 Calcium, 1 D3 and 3 CoQ10 vitamins (hence the VitaFive) Other than the Calcium, the D3 and CoQ10 vitamins might just look like a bunch of numbers and letters. The VitaFive website is very informative and clearly explains each vitamins’  purpose. For example, D3 improves energy, cardiovascular function and a strong heartbeat. Keeping your body strong and healthy is one of the ways to prevent injuries when you exercise while increased energy can help you reach your fitness goals.

No Pills, No bottles, Know your health Needs. Gummy vitamins customized to your health needs.

Each packet has your name on it plus a list and quantity of each vitamin. All the vitamins in the pack are gummy, taste good, and accommodate most diets- Gluten-free, Kosher & Halal, Vegan, and Vegetarian. The second best part of having customized gummy packs delivered to your door? A subscription plan that keeps delivering them every month. VitaFive says it best with their tagline- “Health without the Hassle”, and that’s the way it should be.

I think my Grandpa would have been quite impressed with VitaFive, and he could throw away all those bottles of vitamins, and replace it with 1 box filled with a month’s worth of individualized packets customized for his health needs.

This is good to know! I struggle with those large pills too, and have often wondered about gummy vitamins. I think I’m most happy to hear they’re gluten free and dairy free. I will certainly check them out!
