Eating nutritious food and exercising regularly is the only proven way to lose weight, but sometimes you need an extra push to help your body fight cravings and maybe increase weight loss. That’s the reasoning behind me trying the Raspberry Ketone supplements. Yet, like any vitamin, supplement or medicine you take, everyone’s body reacts different. My body didn’t react well to this supplement. It made my stomach feel sick, and I didn’t eat for a whole day. Controlling one’s appetite and not eating are two different things.
